The staff at Magnolia Meadows were exceptional. I was in a dark place in my life and decided to go to Magnolia. As soon as I arrived I was welcome with smiling faces. They made me feel welcomed and safe which eased my anxiety of entering treatment. All staff were friendly and attentive to any needs I had while I was in treatment. The Chef’s food is amazing and they serve three delicious meals daily. As a first responder it was nice to be accompanied by other first responder’s that shared similar struggles as myself. As a female first responder and veteran, walking into Magnolia Meadows Residential Treatment Facility, I carried more than just PTSD, MST, depression, and anxiety. I carried fear, vulnerability, and a lot of hesitation. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, respected, and truly understood. There’s something incredibly powerful about being in a space where your voice matters and your experiences are acknowledged without judgment. That kind of environment makes it difficult for real ... read more

I came here expecting a supportive space for first responders, but my experience was the opposite. I had an interaction with a nurse, Liz that felt unnecessarily hostile. While I acknowledge my reaction could have been handled better, the staff also admitted that policy was violated on their end. Despite that, the focus was placed entirely on my response rather than the initial behavior that caused it. In a mental health setting, staff should be mindful of how they speak to people. We are all there for support, and tone and ... read more

This place has been amazing and life changing. First the staff is truly there for your best interest and will do anything they can to not only help you transition into a new surrounding (which can be very scary) but the therapists and nurses on staff are beyond knowledgeable and go out of their way to give you the best treatment possible and set you up for success when you leave. I wish I would've come here sooner. The empowerment I have gained here is something I have wished for myself for a long time and being here has tru... read more
