Absolutely one of the best hotels that I ever stayed at!!! It was an incredible experience! We stayed in the Gone with the wind room and just WOW! The staff was amazing! Everyone seemed like they were having a good time. The rest guest of the hotel were very friendly. I am already planning another trip to go back!
We were set up to stay in April but they had to cancel our stay due to things on their end, fair enough. We called to get our refund they said it will be sent through in a few business days. Nothing and no one is answering the phone or emails, even now in June they aren’t answering and we still haven’t been refunded our $385 booking. Maybe their rooms are nice but TERRIBLE Customer Service

Booked in January-Paid in full by March 16 for April 12 check in. Arrived to find gates chained. Had Gotten confirmation from Host for arrival 3 days prior, April 9. Their website said they had been closed since March 9 and no communication from host at all regarding closure. It was French Quarter Festival weekend and hotels were at premium prices and limited availability. We were stuck without a place to stay, at night, 2 states from home. I need help with this company. I prepaid $712 through their website for a reservation. A month later they cancelled the reservation due to maintenance issues, but did not refund my money. When I call, I get a recording saying that I have to go through the company that I made the reservation with to get a refund, but I made the reservation directly with them. I have left dozens of messages and emails and have not received a response.
