If you are considering moving here, please reconsider. We have lived here for a year come, March, it has been nothing but a headache dealing with these people. And we have had nothing but problems. When we moved in the place, we were given a list to walk through the house and mark things that they missed and needed to be repaired not even half of that list has been touched and our lease is up in March 2025. I haven't even lived here 2 full months and I am at my wits end! I have a list of 12 things to be fixed! I've called texted and emailed over 10 - 12 times.... No one has once answerd a phone ...... EVER! When it rains my stair well pours water! My dish washer is holding slimy water! Pantry doors has fallen on me and my son! Bugs everywhere! The city called to inform me of a leak before i moved in, I've told the apt sooooo many times now for the 2nd bill cycle I'm stuck with a $225 water bill!!!! It should only be like $50 !!... read more

This property has a lot of potential. It is not even close to meeting this potential. We have asked time and time again to have someone come and exterminate our building block due to a German cockroach infestation. It is continually set back. The apartment next door has been vacant and not cleaned of any trash for months. They have no problem getting units ready for you to rent, but don’t expect them to care for you when you are in. ** The maintenance guy is a genuine hard worker. I believe his name is Homer.
