Went to visit a patient and the front desk girl was very rude to me.(Barbara I think her name tag said or something with a B) She rolled her eyes at me several times and I overheard her talking to staff like they were garbage. If she talks to staff that way makes me wonder how she talks to patients.
FROM MY EXPERIENCE OF WORKING HERE WAS HORRIBLE I ONLY STAYED BECAUSE OF MY RESIDENTS BECAUSE THEY WAS MY MAIN PRIORITY IN THEY LOVE ME IN I WOULD GO OUT MY WAY NO MATTER IN LET THEM KNOW TRUTH. I I’ll not recommend this place to nobody they always under staff it’s been plenty times I was left alone in this building the ppl couldn’t even get they showers before Thanks giving because we was short.the management sucks in will let u work don’t care if u had weed in system or not they hire so many young girls that’s calls off th... read more

Beautiful setting; extremely well-kept property. Staff is caring & compassionate & all around awesome; including the Exec. Dir., Family Advisor, Health & Wellness Dir., Activities Dir., Chef, Med Tech's, Residents' Assts., EVERYONE! LOTS of activities. So pleased that this is community that we selected for our Mom. Wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. This is home for our Mom.
The staff at Magnolia Manor has been a blessing to my grandfather and our family. They are patient with him, attentive, and kind. The Manor holds many activities and has worked with my grandfather to get him involved. He recently attended pet therapy and is looking forward to the nail spa! Thanks, Magnolia Manor!!
It clean and we'll maintained. The staff has big turn over, like most places. They are friendly and Mom is well cared for. Lots of activities!
