They put nearly eight hundred dollars in legal fees on my account, including two invoices that did not pertain to me, and our bylaws don't support the charge. When I disputed it in writing they ignored me and sent a final notice threatening collections. The charge was eventually removed with no explanation, after I sent a certified letter. They also told the community the association wasn't responsible for exterior repairs when our bylaws say it is.
Worst property management company I have ever dealt with. I am constantly receiving letters from them, saying that I'm committing some sort of property infraction...whether it be weeds growing in the garden (please tell me how you see those small weeds from the road!), to a hedge that they felt was overgrown (but was providing my house with privacy from prying eyes...namely, theirs). They do a great job for our HOA at Manchac Harbor. Ashley Guy does a great job keeping us informed and following up on any requests.
I’m writing today about our (Dutchtown Villa’s) HOA manager Ashley. She works very hard to help us stay in control of our neighborhood. She goes above and beyond. She is great and easy to deal with. Great job Ashley!! Josh H
