Great service, nice people! We bought a Christmas tree from Andy Smith, who runs Magnolia Lawn and Garden. He is a genuinely kind person with a great business and nice employees. We will definitely consider this business for any future garden needs.
Decent Service for the Money I have used Magnolia Lawn and Garden since 2002 for my home on Queen Anne. They do a great job, and the cost is far more affordable than most companies. I sometimes wish they cleaned up debris a little more, but overall I am fine with their service and professionalism.
Why so serious.. I have had MLG service for years and I can say that they have great employees and the service is wonderful.
Be careful. Magnolia botched our job and made flimsy excuses Magnolia's crew is untrained and not qualified to do anything but very simple lawn mowing jobs. You will probably be very disappointed in their poor quality work.
Andy Smith says botched pruning job is homeowner's fault! I hired Magnolia Lawn & Garden Service to prune several trees in my yard. They did very poorly, and did not follow instructions - perhaps due to the workers not speaking English. I asked them to trim the lower branches of my holly tree 8 feet from the ground--they cut at least 10 feet up. Lazy workers & rude customer service I called their office to ask if they would please tell their employees who maintain my neighbors landscaping to stop blowing all the leaves & debris into my yard as they have been doing every week for the past few years. I just thought I'd finally ask them to stop. The man on the phone said he was too busy to talk to me & I should just call back to leave my address & they will stop.
