They always charged late fees on the fourth now chargein late fees if rent not payed by the 1st. Every place I have ever rent before didn't start charging late fees until 5th so now they want to mess with disabled peopls money by charging late fees on the second because of the government shut down. Not happy don't rent here

Beautiful views and the office staff Louisa and Ray are amazing, patient and caring! And when maintenance was cleared to show up they did a wonderful job! Upper management (Megan) unfortunately handicaps the office staff and bottlenecks almost all maintenance requests, sometimes waiting weeks to approve of any work. Additionally we had issues with Magnolia (not office staffs fault) double charging us rent 3 months in a row and waiting more than five business days to return it.
