First off Luisa has been an awesome Manager sHe's answered every question I've had before moving in and after, she's helped handle my maintenance request I've had since we moved in and the apartments themselves are just so nice and homey. Even with tons of apartments around I never have trouble finding a good parking spot, I like the area I'm in with all my neighbors. Honestly it's just been great! Thank you Luisa !
Your apt community is trash. Mold infested trash. You promised my daughter a new apt and have yet to transfer her and my grandson to it. They have been EXTREMELY ill the entire year they have lived there because you have refused to clean the mold. We will see you in court.
Great experience. Luisa Serrano was exceptional with my moving process , Love the place clean and nice area. Would recommend to anyone looking to move here.
Resided here for 7 years. My daughter and I feel very safe here. The walking path around the Lake is great. Anytime we need maintenance they are there right away. The current manager of the apartments, Luisa is the best we have ever had. She has hired a really good team that work with her who do a great job.
This place is nice. We got a place finally! We went to the show hse place was cozy. Finally set a unit for ourselves all thanks to Super Host Luisa Serrano she arranged our wants and needs accordingly. Prepare our apartment before we moved in a short notice (1week). Our unit is great got some peace and quiet. Management is definitely more competent than the others we've seen around. :x
