Staff is absolutely terrible. Maintenance is lazy and will sign off on a work request as complete without even stepping foot into the apartment unit. The property manager Luisa can’t be bothered to do her job and get serious maintenance needs taken care of. Having to wait a week for her to get a plumber out to unclog the kitchen sink is ludicrous and just plain poor business practice. We still live here, started out great. Even gave it a 5 star review at one point. Current management is incredibly slow to act and doesn't know what their maintenance team is doing, where they will be, and when they will be there, admitting as such when we spoke to them about our situation. On top of that, they aren't verifying the work the team does, we had 1 tech arrive unannounced and he turn on our AC, then left, never returned. We later learned he marked our ticket as completed. They said they fixed my AC and it was just a capacitor, That was a lie. I absolutely hate being lied to, nothing worse in this world. The unit is from the 80s, it’s nowhere near up to code and violations of code go against city ordinances. I’m livid because they lied to me, living in a hot apartment ain’t helping. I’m not an old man but I survived a heart attack and I can’t be in heat like this. Magnolia lake says they care but if they cared they wouldn’t have lied. Portable ac? Window unit?
