I had over processed hair. It felt dry and crispy and unhappy. The last stylist I had interacted with was a bit of a loose cannon. Then I met George. He listened to my concerns, asked clarifying questions, and worked his magic. 8 weeks later I had another appointment with him but it was so much different this time. Unbelievable!!!! I begged Kai to stop cutting! Over and over I told him/her it was too short!! Totally ruined my hair and then walked out!!!
