TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A SALON THAT RESPECTS YOUR TIME! Their receptionist/scheduler could not be more unprofessional. They are repeatedly unreachable, at any part of the day. They asked if I wanted to change the time of my appointment to earlier if possible in a text message and I could not reach them to discuss this. Great atmosphere. No gossiping like other salons I’ve encountered. Everyone there was so friendly. I would highly recommend Norah. She is helping me blend my grey with high and lowlights. She took really good care of me and was knowledgeable with the products. Already made another appointment with her!
Paige is the best I have had in over 10 years. She is very good at what she does. I will not go anywhere else! Her highlights are incredible and I am obsessed with the way they turn out. I always leave super happy and in the best mood! Thank you Paige!
If your looking for an upper echelon salon, but without the expensive cost then this place is for you. Kai is my stylist now and I swear my allegiance to him. He took my hair from a level 6 brunette to a level 8 blonde, using my brunette color as lowlights for dimension. He took great care in not damaging my hair and his head massages soothe the scalp. Kind and very detail-oriented
Although the stylist was very sweet and I do like the cut. I have a lot of breakage from the product used around my face and neckline. I did talk to the manager or owner and was told they could give me a treatment and product to take home. Since this is the second time I have had breakage from an Aveada salon, I just don't trust the product anymore. So, I asked for a refund instead. The owner agreed to give me a partial refund. I'd pay double to have not tried the salon.
