No front desk service very very sorry service
Worst place to stay, me and my family stayed here for 2 months did our own room service didn't bother anyone, they would never work with us on pricing actually made the room cost more than when we first got there, breakfast sucks very basic and cheap, internet sucked barely worked half the time, and then they had use with a disabled person in a wheelchair on the second floor when the elevator barely would be in working order, this place doesn't care about you or anything they just want your money. The worst customer service. When my grandparents checked in late from driving 15 hrs from Flordia they gave them the worst time. The toilet was clogged and they kindly asked for assistance, and the front desk was so rude. It’s your job in the customer service industry to take care of the paying customer. At 85, they needed a little help. I would recommend to go somewhere they greet you with a smile and treat you like a guest. If there were a way to leave less then a one star I would!
The elevator doesn't work, the reception doors don't work either, there's never a buffet, the parking lot is full of potholes, and they don't take out the trash in the rooms and they only clean every two weeks. The worst hotel in town
