I have a question, the reservations, bone all the rooms come included with the jacuzzi or is it a separate reservation?
We have stayed at this hotel a few times. The rooms are decent and the service is normally nice for the price. Tonight was a different story. On top of paying for the hotel, the girl at the desk asked us to give her $50 in cash (specifically) for any damages that may occur and that she would give it back to us tomorrow. Trust me it’s no Hilton and they have never asked me for that previously. I even asked someone standing outside if they did the same and they said no!! I won’t be back.
Won't stay here ever again. The website gives bogus information on the rooms. They look nothing like what's posted. No pool, no jacuzzi. The room was fairly clean, room smelled and the hallways smelled of marijuana. Key card worked half the time, had to get a new card so we could get in the door. Nothing on the website matched what we got. Charged us over 250.00 for our small dog who is very well trained. Not that I'm surprised but steep for a week.
