We are so disappointed with Magnolia House. Our daughter was referrer here but we will never be back. Our daughter was so upset. Magnolia House was running 20 mins late, once the counselor finally arrived there was no apology for running late. After the appointment our daughter said they didn't listen to her and wouldn't let her talk. Since our appointment l have tried to contact the owner of the business. Why am I not surprised when I just got off the phone to the receptionist at Magnolia house after having a disagreement with her about rescheduling my appointment. I came to google reviews to find other people have had the same experience as I have. I was left feeling very upset after asking to move my appointment. She quickly jumped in and said she would be charging me a $60 cancellation fee. This company cares more about$50 than your mental health. They booked me in on a last minute cancellation and then when I could not make it cancelled all future appointments even though I said I’d pay when I came in. All previous appointments had been Paid in full but money was ther only motive which for someone who had been to hell and back does not need, they need people who ACTUALLY CARE… your service is disgusting and I would never ever ever rate you and your care factor is zero I don’t know how people like you rip peopl... read more

Absolutely incredible psychologists office. We have personally interacted with numerous psychologists from this office and every single one has been an absolute blessing to speak with. Rachelle Hampson - is bubbly friendly and has made every interaction a positive one. I had sessions here with Andrew Simmons last year and found it highly beneficial. It really helped to talk about my problems and get some strategies from him. Also Julie on reception was really great. Such a friendly and helpful manner. They seem to do a great job here with everyone.
