Why am I not surprised when I just got off the phone to the receptionist at Magnolia house after having a disagreement with her about rescheduling my appointment. I came to google reviews to find other people have had the same experience as I have. I was left feeling very upset after asking to move my appointment. She quickly jumped in and said she would be charging me a $60 cancellation fee. As a dv survivor that is suffering from. PTSD, I felt more like a transaction than a human being.
Was seeing a Psychologist under a mental health care plan. First I caught Covid, then the flu and by the time I was well enough to restart the plan after three sessions, I was told the psychologist had left the practice and my future sessions were null and void. Disappointed that the practice could not let me know this.
