Professional yet personal. A good fit for myself and my daughter
We are so disappointed with Magnolia House. Our daughter was referrer here but we will never be back. Our daughter was so upset. Magnolia House was running 20 mins late, once the counselor finally arrived there was no apology for running late. After the appointment our daughter said they didn't listen to her and wouldn't let her talk. Since our appointment l have tried to contact the owner of the business. Why am I not surprised when I just got off the phone to the receptionist at Magnolia house after having a disagreement with her about rescheduling my appointment. I came to google reviews to find other people have had the same experience as I have. I was left feeling very upset after asking to move my appointment. She quickly jumped in and said she would be charging me a $60 cancellation fee.
