Wow... Magnolia showed up within the hour to my Dad's room. Then went to bat for us with the executive staff, working to grant our wishes to use Magnolia in the facility. This ultimately fell through due to time/need constraints of my Dad and we had to use another hospice provider to get my Dad the comfort he needed. Magnolia was not making a cent for all of their trouble. They went to bat for us because it was the right thing to do.... If they will work this hard to simply do what is right.... Highly recommend Mrs Laura !! She treated my mother like family .not a stranger not a job , we were so nervous letting a stranger in but no stranger came !! She cared for my mom so well made her laugh and joke showed so much compassion my mother truly loved her and so did we !! As a DON in assisted living, I absolutely love working with Magnolia! The whole team is so kind and caring! Mychala, Laura, Barbara, Erika, Lupe, and Sophie always treat my residents like their own family, even if they aren't on services with them. I can not reccomend them enough.
I can't say enough about these people. They are wonderful.
I am so pleased with and grateful for the care that Magnolia Hospice Care is providing for my mom. Barb and the team have gone above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and well cared for, and Laura is so good at communicating all of the details of her condition and needs with us. The warmth, kindness, and compassion they exhibit is so special and appreciated. I can't recommend them highly enough.
