Definitely one of our favorite hospices to work with! 💜 The nurses are incredible—kind, compassionate, and always easy to communicate with. Magnolia goes above and beyond for both residents and staff. Highly recommend Magnolia Hospice for your loved ones!
Through every step Magnolia provided such living and practical support for a very hard situation. We never felt alone and had all the resources we needed to give mom dignity and care. Everyone we came into contact with cared about us and went above and beyond to meet our needs.
I cannot say enough, good things about Magnolia Hospice! Derrick cared for my dad in North Austin and then drove all the way to South Austin when he transferred to a new facility. Wow!❤️ My dad LOVED Derrick! Derrick is the only person that my dad would light up and get excited to see at the end. Last year hospice nurse said client was “actively dying” pushing morphine. January on his shower day he took a fall that could’ve SHOULD’VE easily been prevented causing him to fracture his distal femur. He’s been bed bound since that day & probably will be till last smh! However, Monica & Jasmine are great. They truly put there all in doing what’s best for the patient & it shows ❤️
I have to say the nurses are amazing and I have to say Julia and Mitch and Kathy are amazing. Julia is amazing nurse and Kathy is an amazing aide, Mitch comes to memory care and does doll therapy and the resident love it. I can’t express how much they bring to them.
