Love it
Spec houses lack things like switched electric plugs and an outlet in laundry, no ceiling fan pre-wire in great room & many little things you assume you get in new construction. Was told they were "upgrades" after I moved in. They do look good, but built just so-so. Many houses have breakers popping often. Lived here 4 months. Would I buy again? No.
