Horrible complex. Unprofessional staff. Very shiesty and will double charge you, sneak fees on ledger, no notice on community construction that greatly inconveniences residents, etc. gate never works for more than 3 days consecutively. I’d recommend sync across the street or MAA west village over this community any day. Took weeks to get a key fob after move in, so I was only able to get my packages during office hours when someone could let me in. I don't live here but I had a tour with Nikki and she was awesome!! She was super helpful and knowledgable about the property! Everyone in the leasing office was super kind and welcoming!
Living at Magnolia Vinings has been an amazing experience! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers everything I could want in an apartment. From the moment I moved in, Nikki, the property manager, has gone above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. My girlfriend & I were very interested in this community… but then we realized we weren’t. Picture this: You walk into the leasing office at approximately 5:15pm - (they close at 6PM) and the property manager tells you: “Well unfortunately we stop showing units at 5PM, so I would suggest you can make an appointment online for the following day.” Meanwhile other locations were perfectly fine with showing us units between 5-6pm bc we literally saw a place right after them.
