Community is pretty quiet and nice but the homes are not as expected. Landscaping was poorly done and grass completely died after 3 months. Sent an email but no response. Garage door did not work as should had to make several calls to resolve the issue. Bathrooms have no windows. No individual mailboxes, community mailboxes are placed in the middle of new construction much difficulty to access. HOA very easy to work with.
