The Magnolia Grill, a favorite eatery of locals and tourists alike, is located on Silver Street in Historic (and somewhat notorious) Natchez Under-the-Hill. Great food, drinks and atmosphere. I would suggest this place to everyone going to Natchez.
This restaurant came highly recommended, but it wasn't our best meal in Natchez by far. We were seated on the enclosed porch and the airconditioning was super annoying. When it turned on everyone was freezing. When it turned off, the humidity was unpleasant. The food was very good, but the atmosphere left a lot to be desired.
I wish I at least knew what the food tasted like, but because of the poor customer service, we just left. We had to flag someone down when we came in the door, she said she needed to bus some tables then she would seat us. After several minutes of talking instead of busing, she cleaned one table and let one couple sit. She then continued to talk, so we seated ourselves in an already clean table. Magnolia Grill is located "Under the Hill" on Silver Street. Magnolia is open Tuesday-Sunday at 11am and offers a variety of delicious food.
Outstanding view, friendly staff & absolutely delicious food!
