RecommendedThe fried green tomatoes and buttermilk coconut pie were both excellent! A great menu and interesting locale.
The food was delicious and was served big portions. It’s worth the visit and the money.

The menu is varied and we like having choices. We lean toward fish and the Oysters Bienville were as good as we’ve had anywhere. The fried green tomatoes were extremely thick cut but the tart flavor and the thick cut were excellent. We had grilled redfish and it was good, the side salad was fresh and cool topped with mandarin orange slices.
Maybe the best shrimp and grits we've had. And we've had many. Great location on the river. So glad we came! — with Judi Hinson Manis.
