Staff very friendly
Old buildings, roaches, and a slum lord management company. I was charged extra monthly for them to install new carpets in the unit I was renting to sign on for another year and it was never installed! Do not make the mistake I did and sign a lease with this shady company!
Nice place to live manager is very friendly
I am a new resident at Bloom Main St., in Cartersville and Miss Rosa, the office manager and the other staff person, Mr. A (sorry can’t spell his name) were very very helpful during my application process. They have a wonderful sweet spirit that I just fell in love with and decided I wanted to move there and ever since I made that decision it’s been a wonderful transition.
The manager Rosa Is very Nice and friendly, complex is good to live and safe.
