Sadly the lilies in my boquet died while still closed, despite trimming the ends and replacing water every 2 days. I went into store to see if they could offer advice or potentially replace them, and the florist said the flowers were fine when I purchased them and must have "frozen" between the shop and my apartment (which was a ten minute walk on a sunny day, and the flowers were stored outside the shop anyway...). I would have understood if their policy meant they couldn't replace them, but this justification was dismissiv... read more

I love this store so much! I’ve had really great experiences shopping here — they have a large selection of flowers and the prices are unbeatable.
One of the staff that works there has laughed at me after I asked some questions about flowers. It was pretty uncomfortable and rude. It is now the second time that it has occurred.
