As soon as you move in the apartments , something's in the building needs to be fixed. The maintenance people take forever fixing your apartment since theres only 2 and the landlord is not friendly. Geller properties are greedy and will do anything to increase rent no matter the condition of the apartment. Walls are extremely thin so you can hear your neighbors above, below you and next to you. Property manager is the worst I've ever seen my friend lives in this development maintenance is horrible the property manager never returns any phone calls never fixes anything all they seem to do over here is raise the rent higher and higher and they never fix anything the townhouses are all mostly missing storm doors no blinds hanging up she's horrible and she needs to be fired.
