She was my doc when she was in the AF and I was sad to see her leave but I have been able to reconnect with her and am so happy! Takes time with you and listens to you which is hard to come by in doc these days! I highly recommend her!
Jennifer Groff and her staff at Magnolia Family practice are absolutely amazing! She takes time with her patients, she cares deeply, and is very knowledgeable. And if she has to refer you to someone, she uses utmost care to pick the best possible specialist to help you. And the Spruce communication app!!! AMAZING!! It is so easy to communicate with Jennifer and staff. I really can’t say enough good things about them. I am so grateful to call Magnolia Family Practice my family!
If I could give a lower rating I would. My husband is currently working in town and needs to see a doctor. We were referred to this facility by multiple people so we attempted to schedule. They are refusing to schedule him because he was seen at an urgent care in town. Since when is an urgent care the same as a family practice. Absolutely ridiculous. The office manager was incredibly rude stating she refuses to schedule him.
