If I could give a lower rating I would. My husband is currently working in town and needs to see a doctor. We were referred to this facility by multiple people so we attempted to schedule. They are refusing to schedule him because he was seen at an urgent care in town. Since when is an urgent care the same as a family practice. Absolutely ridiculous. The office manager was incredibly rude stating she refuses to schedule him.
I came for my asthma treatment. I've been struggling for months. NP Jen helped me IMMEDIATELY. I am able to take a deep breath. I feel so seen and heard. I trust her so much. I'm excited for my bloodwork next week. Because she breaks things down so simplified for me!!!! Best primary care experience i have ever had. And the coffee selection is top tier!
Speaking from my husband and sons point of view I just want to say how wonderful Magnolia Family Practice is! Including staff and the doctor! We are new to the area and have been searching, we came across this practice and the wonderful reviews and knew we had to call. From the start the care and customer service was top tier.
