I had to change doctors because my company changed insurance providers, and unfortunately my experience with Magnolia Family Medicine has been extremely disappointing. My previous physician’s office was proactive and organized. They reminded me when it was time for annual checkups and vaccinations, answered the phone, and usually returned calls the same day - often within 30 minutes. Was very sweet, very personableand veey knowledgeable - she answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns.
I have mixed feelings about this company and office. We’ve been coming here for 2 years because they do not push vaccines and also take insurance. We used to see dr jaleese and I really liked her. We did often wait a while but she was always very sweet. However shortly before she left I started having not great experiences. I brought my daughter for her one year check up and found out they had failed to verify my insurance even after recently coming and having to cash pay multiple times.
