Unfortunately, I'm going to be in the market for a new family practice. I absolutely love Jared and he's always done an awesome job with my health. However, between my health and my son's, I can no longer continue to deal with the office management. Specifically speaking, being turned away at the appointment time because of insurance billing errors is absolutely unprofessional!
What immediately jumped out at me was just how friendly everyone in the 1488 office is. From the Reception Desk all the way back to the amazing Lab team, everyone seemed cheerful with a genuine desire to keep your visit as stress free as possible. Recently I’ve been visiting the My Doc office on Fish Creek since it’s so convenient to the Bonterra community. I’ve asked for an itemized bill to present to my insurance carrier; this facility refuses to provide me one.
Dr Paz is a wonderful doctor but the scheduling staff has room for improvement. I called in the 23 of December (Wednesday) for an appointment for a rx refill. I didn’t hear back so I called in again the following Sunday and was able to get an appointment for Monday at 1 and soon after received the email confirmation. I arrived at 1:03. RecommendedHave been using Magnolia Family Medicine for five years now and my experience has always been a wonderful one...Doctors and staff are extremely professional and always friendly and courteous.
They once again refused to see my husband. He was 14 minutes late. The office claimed he was 16 minutes late and that Dr. Glick would refuse to see him. See attached picture for more details.
I was running a few minutes late for my 4:30 appointment, so I called the office to let them know. They told me as long as I was there within 15 minutes of my appointment that the doctor would still see me. I walked in the office at 4:42. I had to wait for someone else to finish making an appointment, checked in and paid by 4:44. I go to take my seat and someone comes out and proceeds to tell me that I was 16 minutes late and that the doctor was booked back to back and she had a meeting that she had to be at by 5:00.
