This family medicine center is the best always professional yet personal with me needs and actually treats me like a human and not another $ or number. I will never go anywhere else as long as I can help it. I absolutely love Sherie Kisner, NP!
Very upset today, 11/17. I had an appointment scheduled for 4 pm and I was in traffic from an accident on my way there. I called them at 3:30 pm and told them I was running late and would that be ok. They informed me yes and asked how long. I told them 10 to 20 mins. They said that was fine. I get there at 418 and they said I couldn't be seen. I love Dr Kershner and have nothing bad to say about her. But the staff need to get together on what they tell people. Not happy at all.
Dr Swamm is the worst physician I have ever had. His office staff are so disorganized and no one knows what is going on. My wife and I were diagnosed with Covid. Dr Swamm was supposed to send in a prescription for her but couldn’t be bothered to do it knowing she has an immune deficiency and could have died. The most lax caretaker you can imagine.
