They never return calls, nobody hardly ever answers, even outside of lunch hours and during business hours, always short staffed, and what little staff they have are borderline incompetent. Can’t even receive the correct documents I requested, after being told I have to wait days to get them. I won’t deny Joanne and Melissa are great for pediatric/wellness visits for my children, but every time I go up there, someone in line ahead of me faces SOME inconvenience on the staffs side; I’ve had cases where one staff member demand... read more
