We’re in the early stages of building our home in Magnolia Estates with Maronda Homes, and the process has been excellent so far. Our sales consultant, AJ, has been professional and helpful answering our many questions leading up to the ground breaking (even if I didn't get drawers in the master bathroom ;-) LOL) AJ is detail-oriented, and really seems to be managing the process with expert knowledge.
