This was definitely a great experience. Working with Jake was simply the best. His patience was just impeccable. I also liked how he kept me updated with the progress of my house. The videos he sent with the updates was just wonderful. Jake has made this experience so exciting for me and he was just a pleasure to work with. If I could have given Jake more than five stars I would.
Jake in the sales office is wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
We finally moved in at our new home, Magnolia Estates by D.R. Horton. The house it’s beautiful, and the location is excellent! Very happy with the final product. Since the first day we checked Magnolia Estates neighborhood, everything has been great! Maddie, Jake, and Phil have been pretty amazing! Maddie would responded promptly to all our question, and always going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. She made our journey less stressful, and more enjoyable. Great job guys!
Magnolia Estates has been the best part of our 2025 so far! We were on the hunt for a move-in-ready home, fell in love with the Cali, and before we knew it — we were moving in! Jake, Phil, and Conor were awesome — super friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel easy and exciting. Couldn’t ask for a better experience — 10/10 all around!
That road connection the development is providing onto Ponderosa drive seems really close to the dog leg turn. That’s going to be safe and not cause accidents? Looks like we will probably be seeing some new rivers in the future.
