Overall, it has been a smooth process from the first tour to almost completion. Jake is great to work with. He is accessible and responsive to my queries. Also, the home looks beautiful and I am eager to move in!!
We love our new D.R. Horton home and the sales/construction team are simply amazing!!! Jake (my salesman) is in a class of his own. I've been looking at this development for awhile and finally decided to stop in. Jake was informative and answered questions with a transparency that only he can deliver. He was not pushy but advised he would be checking in. I look forward to building a meaningful relationship when I come back to process they buying of my new home
Met with Jake and he give the best customer service. He was kind, polite, and well knowledgeable of the business. I will definitely be back to work with him when I am ready.
My husband and I are so pleased with our new home. The designs offer modern functionality and finishes with great square footage and price and privacy between homes were well thought out. David and Jake were very professional and helpful and great to work with!
