My husband and I had appts. for cleaning in November. We were told they had dropped out of Delta Dental in network after the open enrollment so we could not change plans. At out appt. they said we owed 56 something $, so we paid and now getting a bill for $256 more for a cleaning. I called to see if they could help us out since they dropped Delta Dental after open enrollment was over. Let me start by saying that I’ve been seeing Dr Macy for about 8 years. Dr Macy and his staff have always found time to address my dental issues, and yesterday was yet another example of why I am thankful for them. I was brushing my teeth Sunday morning when a sizable chunk fell out of the back of one of my top front teeth. Because of my tremors, supergluing the fragment back into place, was not an option.
