Worst experience. Longer wait than told. Being ghosted when we call. Install wasn’t good. Gouged my new cabinet. Just being lied too all around. Will never recommend this place.
Ordered countertops from them. When they came out they were cut the wrong size. They tried to fix them here at the house. Everything in the house was covered in white dust which they did not clean up. Still waiting on a few things to be fixed. Will be happy with the finished product once they fix them. Looks nice except one spot over by the stove... Will let you know how it turns out....OK has been 3 months he still hasn't finished fixing the countertop. It was frustrating dealing with Magnolia in the beginning because we had to wait longer than initially told it would be to get the countertop in. Mr. Don drove to Memphis to get them himself and then fabricated them in his shop. They came out right away and installed them and I couldn’t be happier! I was nervous at first because of some of the reviews but it was worth the wait. My countertops are a white background with grey veining. These are the worst cabinets ever. Didn’t get what I asked for after calling them several times they wouldn’t answer. Would not recommend at all.
Got our countertops and a cabinet before Christmas...they still haven't finished. They knocked a hole in one of my cabinets and broke my tile backsplash. I also need my dishwasher repaired but they pushed it too far back when they put the countertop down so not only is it stuck but I can't even open the dishwasher door. They keep lying about coming back out. Guess it's time to take legal action!
