I reached out to Magnolia Counseling Associates via their website to inquire about scheduling a new patient appointment with Pooh Peeler because I need someone trained in EMDR for my son. I received an email confirmation they received my request. This was almost a week ago and still NO RESPONSE! Tried calling their office and the VM says "Do not leave a message" and that all new and existing clients must go to the website and fill out the contact form because this is the fastest way to reach a therapist. I reached out to Gabrielle as her profile stated she works with people who have pasts dealing with my circumstance. I had hoped to establish services but received back an informal and quick message as if I were speaking to a girlfriend about grabbing a coffee. I was informed the counselor wouldn't have room for someone for a few weeks. Ok? So that is the end of the conversation? They do not book new patients unless they can see them the next day?
