If I could give zero stars, I would Just want to warn everyone about this appraisal company! Magnolia Appraisal! If this Company is sent to your home to do an appraisal. Please ask them to leave. The woman that came to our house insinuated that we lived in the ghetto! She was in our home approximately 15 minutes and managed to insult us on numerous occasions Not to mention we had just gotten another appraisal on our home for another bank that came in at 510,000 and she managed to appraise our home and 419,000. Professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend! They advertised, staged, removed- a welcome relief during a difficult time.
Very disappointed. The last day they discount items at 50 percent. One hour before closing the sale, they would not discount or negotiate any further. There were some very valuable items left. They told me they are donating the rest to a VA Thrift store. Really so they are willing to GIVE AWAY. instead of selling it and giving the money to the estate or family of the deceased? I call it BS.
Great company. Very honest. I highly recommend using them!
