I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elizabeth and Britney! They were absolutely amazing throughout the entire short sale process and truly went above and beyond to help us get this one CLOSED! Short sales come with a lot of moving pieces, and there were many times I needed updated HUDs, documents, or information (sometimes more than once) and they were always incredibly responsive, helpful, and quick to get me what I needed. Brittney needs to check herself with her attitude. Because of her I will never use this title company, and actually DETER people from coming here! Horrible horrible service. They try to upcharge you and if you don’t check invoices they will certainly try to charge you more!!
