My sister is a resident of Magnolia Circle Apartments for approximately 4 years now and for at LEAST the last 2 years she has reported over and over issues and has yet to haven't any repairs done! Her refrigerator has been out for 6 days now, she's called, gone to the office, left voicemails and STILL no response! No one is in the ever office, (she's visited the office for 5 days straight) no one there... not including the fact that her dishwasher doesn't work, her light switches are out, kitchen sink stopped up, bedroom win... read more
Called for 3 days in a row, no response, no call back. Left vm
There is no maintenance man and the apartments are deteriorating daily. We can't get repairs in a timely manner
