I was sent to Dr McDaniel thru my place of employment in order to fulfill a 2nd opinion assessment. Dr McDaniel was totally unprepared for the appointment in the sense that she stated she had not looked over my chart and proceeded to chew gum and pop bubbles for 7 minutes while she was reading thru my notes.
