I love this car wash. I used to go to one across the street from me. After I bought a new car I decided to try a handwash car wash because the brushes do damage your vehicle. The difference in the 2 establishments is amazing. Much better quality...The shine tells it all.
I took my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee here today to see if they could fix dull paint/scratches that were on my front bumper. I was helped by Steve who went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. He ensured that they could fix the damage and that he would also get those dreaded water spots off my car (YES!). I've been to Magnolia car wash several times now and they consistently do an excellent job! All the employees are very detail oriented and make sure that the car is dry and the windows are thoroughly wiped down before they are done. I went camping this past weekend and my car was a disaster, 20 minutes at Magnolia and it was good as new! No need to shop around, the wash is great here and all the employees are friendly!
I dropped my car off Friday afternoon and Paid 179.00 for a detail. I got my car back shiny on the outside, dirty on the inside and with some front end damage. Left a voicemail on Friday as soon as a friend pointed out the damage to the lower front end of my brand new 2015 Suabru. Have not received a call back yet. Will be taking further action to get my vehicle fixed & would definitely say STAY AWAY.
This is probably one of the most honest and top-of-the-line carwashes that I've ever been to. I pass about six of them on my way to get there, and I will keep on bringing my business there. They have absolutely great customer service the owner spot checks every car that goes through to make sure that everybody's doing their job properly. great check and balance system great service will continue doing business.
Overpriced and extremely slow... I really wanted to like this car wash because you support law enforcement and military but with a 10% discount your still way over priced and extremely slow.
