The absolute worst place I’ve ever lived. Greedy, greedy greedy. You get the bare minimum of what the law will allow. Horrible place
I enjoyed my first few months living in magnolia bay apartments. The rent was extremely affordable and it was nicely built with brand new carpets and appliances. Shortly after moving in, we started to come across some major issues. One was the parking situation was very limited. To the point where people were regularly parking in fire lanes and blocking other parked cars in. Though I've found that there has been additional parking added since my leave. I lived at Magnolia Bay for a year. Karen the office manager was very kind . The grounds were well kept. Maintenances was very prompt when we called them. . Very nice place to live.
Still here ..I really enjoy it here..love the staff..2023
