Great place Beatrice helped me out a lot. I even picked the apartment i wanted and I am grateful for her going out her way to make sure me and my daughter have somewhere to live. Working with me when she didn't have to. Thank you. Really love the apartment can't wait to decorate ☺️
I am a current resident. I say save your money in your time. Go somewhere else they don’t fix nothing I’ve been on a work order for the same issues for a year. The roaches are ridiculous. They’ll be roaches in there before you move and they will make you pay for the clean out even though they was there before you got there management has you sign in paperwork that they were supposed to be doing? They changed dates And they suck at communication and Patricia. The manager is rude and will gaslight you please go somewhere else
This complex refuses to pay its contractors! From landscapers to carpet cleaners, they have several liens filed against them because they won’t pay. If they won’t pay venders, why would you trust them to not cheat you as a resident.
