There are 10 empty apartment units right now due to the managers attitude they have gone through 3 different managers she is number 3 her name is Cynthia crouch there is someone higher up than her but she never lets any of the residents speak to her nor does she bring up problems or concerns to her higher up named Lisa , Cynthia crouch also uses inappropriate terms and screeches like a child when discussing apartment issues, she is extremely rude and unprofessional to those who work for magnolia apartments Cynthia struggles ... read more

Ive been renting here about 7 months and its fantastic. The manager is super sweet and will immediately handle any problem but issues are so rare and small. I feel safe here with my child and it's the only affordable apartments in this area. The residents here are all just nice people living life. I'm so blessed to be able to live here.

Went downhill, since last year they went through like 2 managers trying to replace the last one of like 15 years. Current one never leaves the apartment or office, if on site at all. there are people selling out of their apt. People break glass and smoke mj next to kids at pool area and outside and nothing happens to them. The list goes on also homeless ppl come and swim in pool and shower in faucets dump their trash in the yard where kids play. Residents throw out beer cans on the sidewalk and leave their trash at the pool ... read more
