Went downhill, since last year they went through like 2 managers trying to replace the last one of like 15 years. Current one never leaves the apartment or office, if on site at all. there are people selling out of their apt. People break glass and smoke mj next to kids at pool area and outside and nothing happens to them. The list goes on also homeless ppl come and swim in pool and shower in faucets dump their trash in the yard where kids play.
