While the services performed were done well and thoroughand I'm happy about they. However, their custo.er service skills leave alot to be desired. I had an issue I wanted to speak to the office manager about and they got and nasty, I'm not going to name any names but it was a front office receptionist that greets people when they walk in the door and this is the person was telling ME There is no problem. me that I said "that isn't up to you to "determine". So rude
Daria’s teeth look great and she loved everyone that worked here
Good instructions for pre and post care. Great results with pre and post photos of cleaning. Pleasant staff
Excellent experience- Magnolia provided great care, and affordable bloodwork and teeth-cleaning for our cat. Recommend! 2026 Update- Amelie needed three teeth extracted and everything went smoothly. We took her home the same day and while she was very loopy and a little clumsy, she did not appear to be in pain. It is now day 6 after the extractions and she is returning to normal. We are very pleased with her recovery and with Magnolia.
They were very patient, kind, informative, helpful and accommodating. Very knowledgeable and polite staff, I felt very comfortable and safe leaving my baby girl (cat) in their care to get her teeth taken care of
