I was interested in these apartments until I drove up. Don’t let these reviews fool you. This is NOT a quiet place to live. There are gun shots every week, and the police won’t answer your phone calls. What’s pictured on the website is not what (ALL) the units look like. And for the price and area? No mam. It’s like the ghetto dressed in Gucci. Stop using these rent softwares to increase the price of your units when the area doesn’t match. It’s a perfect balance of social and quiet for a neighborhood. Additionally it’s gated, has very well kept common facilities and landscaping, and the property manager Lynne is very sweet.
