I have been living here for 15 years now and I just love it! Just walking around is so peaceful! Looking at the flowers, and walking your dog is so nice. Mrs. Lynn is the manager, she's always working real hard to keep the complex so nice and clean. Courtney is the maintenance supervisor. He makes sure if you have a problem. Decent place yet the upstairs neighbor makes excessive noise. I just endured 8 hours of stomping and slamming, there's no excuse.
It’s a perfect balance of social and quiet for a neighborhood. Additionally it’s gated, has very well kept common facilities and landscaping.
The manager Lynn is not to found of her job anymore .. she is very rude the whole move in process was unprofessional she is nosey , focus on things that has nothing to do with her or the property … neighborhood is horrible and blames it on the neighborhood next door. Step it up
A great place to reside! I stumbled across these apartments and saw the reviews, I can admit I was skeptical because I wasn’t sure if the negative reviews were real (they weren’t). I gave Ms. Lynne a call and she let me apply, tour, and got me approved same day. After moving in I realized this is the place for me. I love how this complex is gated and quiet.
