Decent place yet the upstairs neighbor makes excessive noise. I just endured 8 hours of stomping and slamming, there's no excuse.
It’s a perfect balance of social and quiet for a neighborhood. Additionally it’s gated, has very well kept common facilities and landscaping.
The manager Lynn is not to found of her job anymore .. she is very rude the whole move in process was unprofessional she is nosey , focus on things that has nothing to do with her or the property … neighborhood is horrible and blames it on the neighborhood next door. Step it up
A great place to reside! I stumbled across these apartments and saw the reviews, I can admit I was skeptical because I wasn’t sure if the negative reviews were real (they weren’t). I gave Ms. Lynne a call and she let me apply, tour, and got me approved same day. After moving in I realized this is the place for me. I love how this complex is gated and quiet. I lived here for almost three years now and it’s still is as quiet and peaceful as the day I moved in. Apart from the occasional landscaping work being done, but we are notified in advance about it
