Touring manager is very intrusive, and over stepping. She asks way too many personal questions at the tour before i can even make my mind up. She is so personal i didnt feel comfortable applying anymore. She has made remarks about watching cameras from her own home and coming up with speculations about me, my job and even potentially moving in which makes me uncomfortable as to im being watched like a criminal.
I have been living here for 15 years now and I just love it! Just walking around is so peaceful! Looking at the flowers, and walking your dog is so nice. Mrs. Lynn is the manager, she's always working real hard to keep the complex so nice and clean. Courtney is the maintenance supervisor. He makes sure if you have a problem. Decent place yet the upstairs neighbor makes excessive noise. I just endured 8 hours of stomping and slamming, there's no excuse.
It’s a perfect balance of social and quiet for a neighborhood. Additionally it’s gated, has very well kept common facilities and landscaping.
The manager Lynn is not to found of her job anymore .. she is very rude the whole move in process was unprofessional she is nosey , focus on things that has nothing to do with her or the property … neighborhood is horrible and blames it on the neighborhood next door. Step it up
