After going to a large bridal store chain and feeling overcrowded and overwhelmed this store really turned my wedding dress shopping experience around. The store was beautiful and the staff was welcoming as soon as we walked in. My consultant for the day, Ashley, kept me very calm and relaxed through the whole appointment and she was a great listener. Beautiful inside and super nice staff! My best friend tried on many gorgeous dresses! Only con I can think of was the parking situation. There was construction when we were there so that could have been part of the problem!
Kara treated me (my view & opinion) to a truly wonderful experience. Being the mother of the groom (husband passed away) this was awesome. Kara took info from the bride, then took us to a large room, telling us to go through the dresses and she will bring them in. Once done, her and the bride went behind the round dressing room (had its own large mirror) that would open to us and another large mirror. Omg, she kept us busy. I moved to Florida from Ohio with just my fiancé, so I didn't have anyone to accompany me to go try on dresses. The ladies working at TWMTampa were SO helpful throughout the whole appointment. I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience. And not to mention that their Hayley Paige collection is PHENOMENAL! I had the best time and it was better than I could've ever hoped for. If you are looking for a wedding dress, absolutely 100% go to TWMTampa!!!!
Oh my goodness. Ashley is simply the best. She really knew what dresses to pick for me to try on, she listened to my crazy picky ideas, kept within my budget, and bent over backwards to help me find my dream dress!! I tried on so many different styles, and while they looked great and Ashley did an amazing job, I knew my “one” was still out there.
