Prompt, flexible with scheduling and very professional. I learned a lot from Louis and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very thorough!! I loved that he has a list in hand of recommended references for any repairs that may need to be done.
Louis did a great job with our home inspection. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions during the inspection. After the inspection was done, Louis made himself available to us for any follow up questions we may have.
If I could give Louis a 6 star rating I would. He did my inspection on short notice. He did an outstanding job identifying all issues related to my pre-purchase concerns. His written report was provided to me the following day. It was easy to read and understand with excellent photo's to specifically document particular issues. If you are in need of a house inspection I strongly recommend Louis. You will be glad you did.
I can not say enough good things about Louis. He squeezed our inspection in last minute and answered every question we had. He was informative, detail oriented, and a good sense of humor to go with it. I can not recommend him enough!
