If I could give Louis a 6 star rating I would. He did my inspection on short notice. He did an outstanding job identifying all issues related to my pre-purchase concerns. His written report was provided to me the following day. It was easy to read and understand with excellent photo's to specifically document particular issues. If you are in need of a house inspection I strongly recommend Louis. You will be glad you did.
I can not say enough good things about Louis. He squeezed our inspection in last minute and answered every question we had. He was informative, detail oriented, and a good sense of humor to go with it. I can not recommend him enough!
