This place is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt calm & relaxed. Such a serene space filled with magnificent healing energy. �
I dont know I how I didn't find this place sooner! Such beautiful energy, staff made me feel at home. Came in for a pick me up (kundalini yoga class) and Jennifer was amazing. Both staff and fellow classmates were so friendly and down to earth, I could tell immediately I had found my new yoga spot. I usually bolt after classes but I enjoyed sticking around. Will be back soon ❤

I love this place! Mona is amazing and she is truly in the field that she should be in. I at times walk-in feeling broken spiritually and emotionally from life’s stressors and then I walk out of there feeling like a brand new person and ready to tackle anything that life brings my way. I highly recommend checking them out.
I enjoy the yoga and meditation classes, immensley. They are so welcoming and the environment is so peaceful. Such a great place for healing, in all aspects.
