Driver Chris dumped 12 bottles of water off in the snowy plowed driveway. He was combatative on the phone. Said he doesn't do winding driveways. It's a strait driveway. Chris stated Mike Trent, the owner was no longer with the company. Mike Represented a solid water company. He came to our home, guarenteed an excellent customer service. Constantly have to call for some issue. They will charge you for all this stuff and it’s impossible to get credit back. They randomly charged me almost 150 bucks (which was a full on mistake) and took months to claw the money back from them.
