Deliveries were never on time phone calls were never returned and if you ask to speak to a supervisor or have a supervisor look at something it would take 2 weeks to get done My final straw with them happened moments ago when I was called by a delivery driver after expecting a delivery yesterday and was told he was at my building I told them I never received a call stating he was coming today and could not be home I told him I was looking into other companies he said good luck with that and hung up on me so don't waste your ... read more
We have used Magnetic Springs for a few years now and we absolutely love the service we get from them. Rich is our delivery guy! Always great talking with him and he is so accommodating to making sure the water is exactly where you want to go when he delivers it.
