If I could give 0 stars I would, this is a very unprofessional run down ghetto dealership. Tim attempted to threaten my mechanic and kicked him out the building for saying the car he was selling to his client had rotors in terrible condition and might not be safe to drive a long distance back. Tim felt threatened by my mechanics observation and started raising his voice and said “your not going to tell me what my car is or isnt , you can get out the hard way or the easy way”. I was referred to Tim by a coworker, and being a woman shopping for a car can definitely be intimidating. I checked out his inventory online and found a few cars I wanted to test drive. From the moment I arrived, Tim was incredibly helpful—he let me drive multiple vehicles, patiently answered all my questions, and even made sure I felt completely safe and comfortable in each car I tested. Absolutely terrible experience. The owner was pushy, unorganized, and his sales tactics were very intimidating , and not transparent about pricing or fees. I felt rushed into making a decision, and after the purchase, they stopped returning my calls when I had questions about the paperwork, and the check engine light!! Absolutely terrible , stay far away from this dealer. He lied to my face not knowing I was a mechanic. I asked him how the rotors were on a car we were purchasing and flat lies and said “they were good fat breaks” i correct him and tell him the breaks are not safe to drive with and the rotors are completely gone. He gets offended by this and leaves the office like he’s going to grab a weapon .
