Do they actually have a person to answer MRI phone calls during office hrs or is it only a few times a week? I have been waiting 20 hrs since my last call and no call back.
I came to get an X-Ray and the intake clerk refused my request because she no longer wanted to work anymore that day. Incredibly rude staff. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Predatory billing practices! I was referred here by my Sutter physician for an MRI but their payment terms are different than Sutter. My bill went to collections before I could even get together the money to pay it. And the collection agency (CBUSA) began charging me interest from the DATE OF SERVICE not from when the debt was forwarded to collections. Utterly ridiculous. Please try to use a different provider for imagery.
They sent me a $3,000 bill for an MRI that cost(s)s $500 at other locations in the SF Bay Area. There was no indication that they'd charge such an absurd amount of money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU'LL BE STUCK WITH AN INSANE BILL.
