The staff here really want you to feel better and they do a very good job. I will continue to come here for any mental health service I need. Very thorough exam conducted and plenty of time slotted to make sure all questions were answered.
Everyone is very knowledgeable, nice, and caring, and the treatments are great, but the facility is abysmal. The "Spravato room" is not isolated from light and noise nearly as well as it needs to be, which kind of defeats the purpose. It also should be more private. A few of the recliners are also broken. An in-office bathroom would be a welcome addition.
I can’t recommend Magnetic Hope enough. The entire team I’ve worked with - Tania, Russ, Dr. Richesin, and Lindsey, have been wonderful. You can feel the heart and passion that everyone at this practice puts in to their work. They truly want to help you feel better, and they do that through a holistic lens. The thoroughness, thoughtfulness, knowledge, and understanding at Magnetic Hope is unmatched.
