Ran into Joe at the local watering hole in Reno Nevada. Started chatting with him. He told me he was in town for a convention and that he was a tattoo artist. How convenient. I needed work done. I showed him my arm. He noticed immediately that I had already had 2 sessions on it and that he could dial it in and make it look a lot better. I was in 100%. Met him the next day and had a blast.
